Reimagined for Motier Ventures, La Maison project transforms a former student housing complex above Galeries Lafayette Gourmet, opposite the Opéra Garnier. This three floors, 1,800 sqm hybrid space will be dedicated to the founders of startups supported by Motier Ventures and their communities, has been inaugurated in 2025.

Founded in 2005, the three-letter CUT symbolizes the desire to make a radical break with conformist Parisian architectural practice, as well as with expected positions and trends.
By crossing the boundaries between architecture, urban planning, interior design and art, each discipline is put to contribution to nourish hybrid and inspiring projects, bearers of renewed creativity.
