Cours du Marais
Designed by architect Jamie Fobert, Les Cours du BHV/Marais renovate the area between BHV Rivoli, Eataly and Lafayette Anticipations. Anchored on rue de la Verrerie, these elegant promenades combine shops and cafés in a Haussmannian setting, recreating the spirit of Parisian passages for a lively, modern customer experience.

Launched in 2018, this project renovates apartments in the Les Cours du BHV/Marais district, between BHV and Eataly. This enhancement of historic heritage aims to offer modernized housing for rent, while preserving the building’s authenticity.

Architect, winner of the 2000 Pritzker Prize, architectural theorist and Dutch urban planner, Rem Koolhaas is currently Professor of Architecture and Urban Design at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, USA.

 

DATA Architects Agency
A multidisciplinary collective, DATA enriches the Eataly project with an immersive and sensitive approach to spaces. DATA is an acronym that stands for “Department of Advanced Typologies for Architecture”.
