Diane joined Citynove in January 2022 in the Property Management division. With several years’ experience in a notary’s office, she now works in the Investments and Partnerships division. She is involved in asset disposals, acquisitions and restructuring projects. Diane speaks the notary’s dialect, which is very useful.
Augustin Belloy – Chairman
A lawyer by training, Augustin joined the Group in 2005, when it was privatized, and helped create Citynove, which he took over as CEO in 2008, then as Chairman in 2020. Real estate has been at the heart of Galeries Lafayette’s strategy from the outset, and the Citynove team works passionately every day to reveal and enhance the quality of the Group’s assets. Augustin makes sure we’re all one big family.
Christine Birraux – Executive Assistant Nouvelles Galeries
Christine began her professional career in real estate, returning 20 years later to join Citynove in March 2023. She supports all retailers and service providers at Les Nouvelles Galeries d’Annecy. Christine loves our retailers and they love her back.
Marine-Axelle Blaise – Senior Asset Manager
Marine-Axelle joined Citynove in January 2023. She worked on a number of different projects before joining the Lyon Bron development project. She has a solid background in commercial real estate and marketing, with experience in France and abroad. Marine-Axelle knows her files perfectly, as well as those of others.
Ludivine Boisnel – Investments & Partnerships Director
Ludivine joined Citynove in 2017 as Senior Asset Manager, after 6 years with a major French real estate company. She now heads the Investments and Partnerships department. Ludivine loves complex subjects. She can recite a CPI by heart, starting from the end.
Ema Brihi – Asset Manager
Ema joined Citynove in 2024 as Asset Manager. With two years’ experience in travel retail and shopping centers, she is responsible for monitoring the leases and expansion of the Group’s specialist brands: Louis Pion and La Redoute/AM.PM. Given her age, Ema shouldn’t be able to give the impression of having experienced so many years, and yet.
Paul Chauvet – Nouvelles Galeries Technical Manager
Paul joined Citynove in 2024 to take part in the adventure of Les Nouvelles Galeries in Annecy. His main mission is to arrive in the morning and see that the center is still standing. Paul knows how to use a GTB, but he can also clear snow from a parking lot.
Eric Costa – Group Real Estate Director
Eric is a multi-specialist in real estate, and was behind citynove after a career in promotion, marketing, development and real estate finance. Eric thinks you can bring a princess to a shopping mall and, as he’s fond of pointing out, he’s (often) right.
Alice Dardek – Asset Manager
Alice joined Citynove in 2018 to support the Group’s chains in their real estate development. Becoming Expansion Manager in 2021, Alice progressed to Asset Manager in 2023. She works on innovative and challenging real estate development and restructuring projects. Alice knows all the real estate acronyms and knows what they mean, and she’s probably the only one…
Marie de La Fournière – Retail Development Manager
Marie joined Citynove in 2022 as Retail Development Project Manager. Drawing on her experience in retail and entrepreneurship, Marie leads the search for and integration of emerging brands and concepts within the assets, rethinking the customer experience. Marie knows brands that aren’t in the brand directory, which helps us stand out from the crowd.
Diane De Marinis – Director, Nouvelles Galeries
A multi-disciplinary conductor and manager, Diane has been with Les Nouvelles Galeries since March 2022, with the ambition of making it the preferred destination for the people of Annecy. She is committed to making this hybrid venue live and shine, ensuring the best possible profitability and federating different communities around this pilot project for the group. Diane welcomes nearly 3 million people to her home: that’s hospitality!
Manon Demézon – Lawyer
Manon joined Citnove in 2021, after practicing law for several years. She assists operational staff and ensures the legal security of their files, by advising, negotiating and drafting all contracts relating to the operation and management of real estate assets. Manon makes sure that all our contracts are in order and that all risks are under control, so we can rest easy.
Diane Dutriez – Asset Manager
Diane joined Citynove in 2023 to set up asset management at the Nouvelles Galeries in Annecy, after 3 years with another family-owned property company. Since then, she has expanded her scope of action to include other Citynove sites in Paris and the Lyon region. Diane’s southern accent makes our operations a lot warmer.
Dorianne Fourlin – Property manager
Dorianne joined Citynove in 2021 as a property manager. With a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential property management, she is responsible for the day-to-day operational, administrative and financial monitoring of the assets in the company’s portfolio. Lucas Fradin – Finance Manager
Lucas joined Citynove in 2014 as a Consulting and Investment Analyst, thanks to his expertise in figures, he progressed to Investment Manager and then to Financial Manager in charge of management control. Lucas perfectly crunches the numbers between muyai thai sessions: two good reasons why his analyses are unassailable.
Jennifer Labarbe – Legal Manager
Jennifer joined Citynove in 2018 as Legal Manager.
Romain Labbe – Executive Vice-President
Romain joined Citynove at its creation. He has been initiating, developing and realizing real estate projects for over 15 years now. Passionate about architecture, fashion and design, the world of department stores fits him like a glove. Romain speaks several languages fluently, including those of the great architects, abf, and trendy signs.
Manel Larini – Property manager
Manel joined Citynove 3 years ago as a property manager, her main mission being to manage part of the company’s real estate portfolio from an operational, financial and administrative point of view. Manel likes to check leases even when they’re ugly.
Isabelle Pendaya – Administrative and Accounting Manager
Isabelle has been with the Galeries Lafayette Group since 1984. Trained as an accountant, she joined Citynove in 2014. Isabelle manages invoices and accounting processes better than an artificial intelligence.
Roxane Penne – Markerting and Communication Manager

Emma Perret – Asset Manager
After several years’ experience in real estate investment, fund management and development in a variety of asset classes, Emma joined Citynove in 2024 to contribute to the group’s asset development and transformation projects. Emma is serious on the outside, and in person too.
Sylvie Pulcini – Department Assistant
Sylvie joined the Citynove team in August 2023 as a department assistant. Prior to this, she organized international sporting events. Sylvie handles all the office management, but keeps a smile on her face.
Virginie Rastel – Nouvelles Galeries Marketing Project Manager
Virginie joined Citynove in 2023 as Marketing Project Manager at the Nouvelles Galeries d’Annecy. After several years as Visual Merchandising Manager and then Communications Manager, she is now working in Marketing to transform this venue into a true events destination. Virginie knows all the sportsmen and women in the mountains, and that helps you reach the top.
Huyen Réveilloux – Executive Assistant
Huyen joins Citynove in 2023 as Executive Assistant, having previously developed her skills in accounting, finance and controlling for EDF and Technip industrial projects in Asia. Huyen does several things at the same time and manages to do them, we don’t know how.
Etienne Tabareau – General Manager
Etienne fell into the real estate business at the beginning of the 3rd millennium. He helped found Citynove, and since then has been working to organize and promote heritage and create links between people. Etienne solves all problems, which means he’s often in demand.
Inbal Tchenio – Marketing and Communications Project Manager
Inbal joined the Citynove adventure in 2024, joining the Marketing and Communications team with boundless energy. Her mission? To create a marketing envelope that showcases all the exciting projects Citynove undertakes, bringing creativity and strategy to every initiative, to raise the brand’s profile and strengthen its image. Inbal makes sure our customers are delighted, and it works.
Charlotte Terpant – Asset Manager
Charlotte joined the group before the creation of Citynove, and after dealing with the integration and arbitration of Louis Pion leases and environmental issues on various assets, she has been part of the team in charge of property disposals for several years. Charlotte loves environmental diagnostics, which shows her commitment to making the world a better place.
Linne Vang – Property Management and IS Manager
Linne began her career in IT back in the days of CRT screens. She joined Citynove in 2009 in management control. She developed a passion for the real estate business, and in 2021 was entrusted with the Property Management division, while covering the IS dimension, her original training. Linne manages every detail precisely, so you could say she’s pretty thorough.
Marjorie Warter – Director of Asset Management
Marjorie joined Citynove in 2018 as Senior Asset Manager, after 6 years with a major French real estate company, in development and asset management. Always passionate about the diversity of real estate issues, she now heads the Asset Management department, which brings together marketing, asset management and development. Marjorie knows how to do everything, even baking.
