Opened in 1964, Galeries Lafayette Lyon-Bron is undergoing a major transformation under the direction of the Moatti & Rivière agency. This ambitious project aims to transform the site into an open, friendly place, with modernized spaces incorporating shops, local services, culture and leisure.

Nouvelles Galeries

Inaugurated in 1969 and reopened in June 2022, Nouvelles Galeries d'Annecy offers 24,000m² of retail space, including 9,000m² of extension space, 4 terraces and more than 30 stores in this emblematic building, with a focus on human relations.

Lafayette Anticipations

In an 1891 building, Lafayette Anticipations, founded in 2018, is a unique space for multidisciplinary artistic creation designed by architect Rem Koolhaas. With a mobile exhibition tower, production workshop and open passageway, this venue promotes artistic innovation for all.

Reinvented for Motier Ventures, the La Maison IA project transforms a former student housing complex located above Galeries Lafayette Gourmet, opposite the Opéra Garnier. This 1,800 m² hybrid space over 3 floors will be dedicated to the founders of startups supported by Motier Ventures and their communities, and will open its doors in early 2025.

Launched in 2018, this project renovates apartments in the Les Cours du BHV/Marais district. This enhancement of historic heritage aims to offer modernized housing for rent, while preserving the building's authenticity.

In the heart of the Marais district, renovated by the DATA agency, Eataly takes up residence in the former Menier chocolate workshop. This hybrid market invites visitors to discover and taste quality Italian products. This unique venue reinforces Citynove's lifestyle approach, combining tradition and modernity in a historic setting.

Biarritz Bonheur

At Galeries Lafayette, Biarritz Bonheur is a rooftop project designed to requalify the roof terrace and offer a view of the ocean. It includes reinterpretation of the original glass roofs and landscaping work to create direct access to the restaurant.

This innovative project, located in the heart of the Marais district, aims to transform this emblematic neighborhood into a vibrant, multifunctional urban ecosystem. Bringing together renowned talents such as Rem Koolhaas and his agency OMA, the Data agency, Ciguë and Jamie Fobert, Citynove is a laboratory where heritage and modernity are harmoniously intertwined.

Galeries Lafayette Haussmann cupola

To mark its 110th anniversary, the project to reenchant the Galeries Lafayette cupola has brought this Art Nouveau landmark back to life. Completed in spring 2021, the restoration has preserved the original stained-glass windows while incorporating modern technologies, bringing a new lustre and enhancing its functionality.

Rue des Archives

Led by architect Jamie Fobert, the redeployment of 10 stores in Les Cours du BHV/Marais, Eataly and Lafayette Anticipations revitalizes the spirit of Parisian passages with contemporary brands in an open historic setting, adapted to the expectations of the neighborhood.

“Sans Titre”

The work "SANS TITRE" by artist Pieter Vermeersch adorns the sea facade of Galeries Lafayette. Inspired by a photograph of a sunset, it radiates out over the city, capturing a corner of the sky and its nuances. A poetic and sustainable architecture.

Champs Élysées

Galeries Lafayette, in collaboration with Citynove, has chosen Bjarke Ingels Group to design its flagship store on the Champs-Élysées. This hybrid store, located in a reinvented Art Deco building, offers the largest retail space on the avenue and promises a unique experience.

Cours du Marais

Designed by architect Jamie Fobert, Les Cours du BHV/Marais renovate the area between BHV Rivoli, Eataly and Lafayette Anticipations. These elegant promenades combine shops and cafés in a Haussmannian setting, recreating the spirit of Parisian passages for a lively, modern customer experience.
